Called a few days ago to see if they had solar eclipse glasses. Said I had to buy 3 big cases of sodas to get ONE pair. What a REALLY CRAPPY THING TO DO TO PEOPLE! I'm transferring my, my husband's, my parents and my children's prescriptions elsewhere! Hope it was worth it.

We were stranded and unable to get back up to our cabin where our prescriptions were. Melissa, the pharmacist on duty spent a great deal of time retrieving our prescriptions from other pharmacies in another state. She was very friendly. With all of the negative feedback on here, I hope someone who matters, sees this. Thank you Melissa.

They had the best pharmacy in Black Mountain until about a week ago. Now it's easily the worst. There's a new pharmacist every other day so none of them can follow through.

This was the best pharmacy in WNC simply due to the outstanding customer service that the pharmacists provided. Now both are gone "heard they were fired" Any business that gets rid of the best thing they have going for them has to be only thinking about their profit only. Nith of these guys went iut if their way to make sure I was taken care of and understood my meds. I have personally seen them come out if the pharmacy area and walk the store aisles with a customer searching for some over the counter item. The store has no drive through and they were the only reason I use Rite Aid. I have heard they got bought out by Walgreens which may be the reason the pharmacists are gone. Well, so are my wife's, my kids, mine and even my dog Who they happily filled when she needed some antibiotics. These two men created a small home town feeling when neither of them were from Black Mountain. Congrats Walgreens - Rite Aide made sure your iconic store stands no chance of keeping customers. That's reallt a shame for all of us.
