    UPDATE: After further discussions with Tyson, they have agreed to send a new couch that matches what we originally intended to order. We are satisfied with the response. Original review: My wife custom ordered an 85" couch specifically sized to fit a window and Tyson delivered a 75" couch instead. Upon delivery she immediately noticed that it was short and called her sales rep who informed her that because the couch had skinny arms she should have known that it would be 10" short. Their position is that, with custom furniture, the customer should reference the manufacturer specs for each component and add it all up. She felt duped as this was never mentioned when she ordered the couch and the purchase order specified that it would be 85". I called and spoke to the store owner and explained that we expected the couch to match what was on the purchase order and that that I wanted them to make it right. The owner proceeded to offer me a "solution" whereby I could return the couch and order the 85" couch, at a higher cost, plus I would pay $300 shipping (even though it was $150 the first time), and I would pay another $69 +/- to treat the fabric with guardsman. I had them put it in writing and noticed that they are also making me eat the $69 I spent treating the fabric on the short couch. I cancelled the order and now I am having to fight to get my money back as they are charging me a $300 cancellation fee. They have taken zero responsibility for the mistake and are putting all the extra costs on me to make it right.
